Registration
What is the conference fee?
Boarding participants and teachers:
Two Weeks: $1,995
One Week: $1,100
Non-boarding participants and teachers:
Two Weeks: $995
One Week: $500
What does the fee include?
The fee includes lodging, meals, conference sessions, and activities

Accommodations
Where will I be staying?
Lodging will be located in dormitories at The George Washington Unviersity's Mount Vernon Campus.
Can I choose my roommate?
In order to maximize your experience and enhance networking, your roommate will be chosen for you. Teachers have a choice of roommate, which they may request on their registration form
What should I bring?
Be sure to bring warm-weather clothing, comfortable walking shoes, a bathing suit (for pool on campus), and semi-formal attire for the closing dinner. You may also wish to bring spending money, a camera, and tote bag or backpack for outings. Keep in mind the average summer temperature in Washington ranges from 70-90 degrees Fahrenheit (21-32 degrees Celsius).

What is the dress code?
Dress for the Global Issues Action Institute will be casual but respectful. Please do not wear clothing with inappropriate or offensive messages. Also, be sure to bring semi-formal attire for the closing dinner.
Where will the conference be held?
The conference will be held at Washington International School and other locations around Washington, D.C.
Can I request a special meal?
Dietary restrictions can be accommodated, either by request on your registration form or contacting us directly
What is your refund policy?
Refunds will be issued as follows:
Withdrawal before May 11: 75% refund
Withdrawal before May 25: 50% refund
Withdrawal before June 8: 25% refund
All refunds issued will be minus banking fees.
