The Center for International Education (CIE) at Washington International School (WIS), in association with the Global Issues Network , is pleased to announce its 2010 Global Issues Network Institute to be held in Washington, D.C. June 28 - July 9, 2010. The two week institute will be held at the Washington International School campus, and The George Washington University's Mount Vernon Campus.

Students from across the globe will have the opportunity to attend workshops run by experts from various Washington DC - based global organization such as National Geographic and The World Bank. Time will also be spent learning from digital media experts focusing on digital storytelling. .

In addition to daily programming, students will have the opportunity to explore Washington and to participate in organized activities in the DC region.
